This apartment is above a small business strip on Errol St. You'll be right in the thick of things.
There are 2 other rooms to choose from.

Guests will receive a code for entry into the apartment. You will also receive a code to access your room keys via lock box located below stair case. All 3 bedrooms are private & key locked. Wifi throughout apartment. All other areas are common/shared including entry, internal stairs, hallway, kitchen,bathroom and 2nd level toilet. There is no lounge (URL HIDDEN) amenities supplied including fully equipped kitchen and complimentary tea & coffee.
There is plenty of street parking available, but please be aware that these are restricted to certain constraints.
Guests are welcome to come and visit us at our family run business in the shop front below the apartment between 10am and 4pm from Monday to Friday or call me at anytime with any queries or just some advice on what to see and do while you're in town.(As we do not live on the premises)
Please note before you book you must be the person in the profile picture and not booking on behalf of someone else.
Please be mindful of other guests that are staying in the premises.
Please treat the place as you would your own.
Please tidy up after yourself when using the kitchen and all common areas.
This is a non smoking apartment- if you need to, please go out onto the street.
Please turn off bedroom lights when you go out
