Full privacy in their own unit, guests are totally independant in this listing. We don't live in the same house but can be found about 50 meters away, in Yatachhen House/Cosy Nepal office
This unit is super lovely, very bright and quiet but it is important to note that the kitchen is totally independent from the bedroom (on the threshold/ common staircase, there is two separate door: living room/ bathroom on the left- Bedroom / bathroom on the right). Some loves that because it is like having a whole floor for one's self and separate spaces are sometimes great when sharing an apartment . But it is worth mentioning as some people could find it weird ;-)
We are always happy to help out our guests with anything they may need and have a nice chat with them.
Our guests can conveniently find us every day (unless on Saturdays) in our Office located in the ground floor of Yatachhen House (on Swotha Square, 50 meters away from the house).
Gas, water and electricity are very precious ressources here in Nepal, please use them very conscientiously. Small problems related to those ressources can always happen, we are reactive to fix things once informed but you need to be aware that Nepal is a country where you have to be adaptable ;-)
Cleaning is done for free twice/ week (on Wednesday and Sunday)
Nothing special beside the respect of our other tenants ( no party, loud music or inconsiderate noise at night).
Please note that we do NOT welcome any type of sex tourists.
French travel enthousiast - I have lived in many country including Russia, Spain, Sweden, USA and now Nepal. Today my pleasure is to introduce people to unspoilt places of the Kathmandu Valley, especially the Old Patan where I live.
Very fond of old wood, architecture, animals and nature in general, experimental food and all things a bit curious.
I host along with Sailesh, Sohan and Nigen, three delightful Nepali young men, full of energy and very keen in sharing their Newari culture as well as helping guests in any ways to have an amazing stay.
