★ For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide cooking oil, salt, soy sauce, or other seasonings. Please prepare your own if needed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

★ Check-in is after 4:00 PM.
(From 12:00 PM onward is cleaning time. Luggage storage is available. Early check-in may be possible if the room is ready and clean—please contact us in advance.)
★ Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property. If violated, deodorization and special cleaning fees will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
★ Due to the fact that many traditional Japanese residences are built with wooden structures, sound insulation may be limited.
During your stay, we kindly ask that you keep noise levels low, especially at night. Please keep the volume at a level that does not disturb neighbors or nearby residents, so that everyone can enjoy a comfortable living environment.
★ If you need to dispose of oversized trash or suitcases, please contact us in advance to confirm the proper disposal method.
★ Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
If you wish to request a late check-out, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. The late check-out fee is 2,500 JPY per hour.
Unauthorized late check-out or same-day requests may incur an additional one-time cleaning fee.
★ The room is cleaned by a professional cleaning team. All bed linens, bath towels, and face towels are professionally washed and disinfected to ensure hygiene and quality.
These items will be collected after check-out. If any items are lost or heavily stained beyond recovery, replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
★ Please note that this is a private vacation rental, and our service style differs from hotels. Towels are provided once per guest at check-in. Additional towels or replacements are available for an extra fee—please inquire if needed.
★ Please take good care of all facilities (walls, floors, furniture, etc.). Any serious damage caused by improper use will be charged based on actual repair costs.
★ Most Japanese houses are wooden structures with limited sound insulation. If you are sensitive to noise, we can provide earplugs upon request.
★To ensure maximum electrical safety, Japanese residences are typically equipped with circuit protection systems. When multiple high-power appliances are used at the same time, a temporary power outage may occur. In such cases, please wait a moment, as the power will usually be restored automatically. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation, and please try to avoid using multiple high-power appliances simultaneously.
★This property is located in an apartment building without an elevator (on the 2nd floor), and access requires using the stairs. Please kindly consider your luggage weight and travel needs before booking.（The staircase and hallway are relatively spacious with gentle steps, and so far we have not received any feedback from guests experiencing inconvenience when going up or down the stairs.）
