Villa Maria Jesus is secluded but not remote. It's far from crowds and traffic whilst still being near amenities.
The building is set across two levels - the main house and dining terrace and BBQ area is on the upper floor with the pool and chill out area on the lower level. Above the pool there is another sun terrace and a garden of fruit trees and flowers.
The villa is light and spacious with a big kitchen and a separate laundry room.
Each bedroom has been recently redecorated.
The pool is a decent size, with plenty of sun loungers surrounding it.
You will have the villa to yourself for the duration of your stay. If you have any questions or problems our agents Ian and Helen live nearby and can be reached by phone.
Parties will be given one set of keys. Please note that loss of these keys will incur a charge.
Please note that there are nets provided by the pool - we would really appreciate it if you could try and keep the pool clear of dead leaves.
The bathroom system is very sensitive - ONLY nature's products and toilet paper must go into the toilets. Kitchen roll, make-up wipes, sanitary products and anything else must be put in bins.
Villa Maria Jesus is around a 10/15 minute drive to the nearest store. Salobrena has several supermarkets including Mercadona, Super Sol and Lidl. The nearby town of Motril has 'Al Campo' - a huge supermarket that sells absolutely everything. It is advisable to pick up a few essentials before you arrive.
