Negreval is charming retreat in the heart of gastronomic, South-West France available for short to medium lets for those who want an authentic rural experience.
This beautiful 200 year old farmhouse has been lovingly restored but it still retains its original charm with cool stone flagged floors and oak beams. Its idyllic hilltop location affords staggering, panoramic views of the surrounding farmland. The abundance of local markets and produce make this perfect for food enthusiasts.
Set on 5 acres of land, on a private lane only shared with one other property Negreval is pleasantly secluded. The gardens include an orchard, sloping hay field, forest, terraces and the lane.
The charming village of Vazerac is a 30 minute stroll or short drive away and includes a supermarket, petrol station and restaurant.
There is no television, perfect for that 'screen free' get away, but if you decide to bring your own devices there is excellent, unlimited WIFI available for your use.
You will have exclusive access to the whole house and gardens.
I live in Australia and will, sadly, not be there to greet you! However, we do have a property manager, Fiona Forshaw who lives a short drive away. She will welcome you to the house and be available for questions and emergencies.
The house is very secluded so enjoy your privacy. There are no house rules except that you must relax, afternoon siestas are encouraged in the summer heat. Enjoy!
