Enjoy a relaxing stay in our large and beautiful condo! All of the comforts of home and only steps away from the sand. Relax on the very spacious balcony while you take in the awesome scenery. On your way back from the beach, enjoy a dip in one of the 3 pools or 3 hot tubs. Too much water? The complex features 4 tennis courts and a shuffleboard court at your disposal. Too much sun? We have TVs in each bedroom and a huge one in the living room. Come stay with us. You'll love it!


Guests enjoy unrestricted access to all of the many Saida complex amenities. We have 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, 4 tennis courts, shuffleboard, and numerous lounge chairs for basking in the sun. Easily access the beach via wooden walkways. Also a pool side bar and snack bar are open seasonally.

- RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS Saida III, #801, 404 Padre Blvd., South Padre Island, TX 78597 1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. CST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. CST. NO Early Check-ins. 2. This is a NON SMOKING unit. Absolutely no smoking allowed indoors. 3. PETS are not permitted in rental unit under any conditions. 4. BARBEQUE GRILLING – Due to Saida Towers home owner association restrictions no charcoal grilling is allowed in the unit or on any part of the Saida complex grounds. Only propane or electric grilling is allowed. 5. Renter must be at least 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 6. PAYMENT – Payment may be made by credit card or an accepted form of check. An initial payment is required to hold the dates. The exact amount will be provided at time of booking. The balance of rent is due forty -five (45) days prior to your arrival. No damage deposit will be collected; however, a subsequent credit card charge may be made to appropriately compensate for any damage or non-adherence of these provisions. 7. CANCELLATIONS – a) Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded completely. b) Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay made less than thirty (30) days but more than fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date will incur a 50% penalty. c) Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date incur a 100% penalty. 8. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY-The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to ten (10) persons. 9. MINIMUM STAY - THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A THREE (3) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. 10. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include all fees except a cleaning fee of $95 (one per stay) and applicable state and local Hotel Tax (currently 14.5% on stays of less than 30 days) and, if applicable, Spring Break/Easter wrist bands. 11. SPRING BREAK/EASTER WEEK - The Saida property Home Owners Association (HOA) requires the purchase of a wrist band to be worn continuously by most guests. The current cost is $28 each, paid directly to the HOA. This cost is subject to change. 12. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit. 13. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice until payment is received. 14. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. 15. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 16. PARKING PASSES – Two (2) parking passes will be mailed to you if time permits. If time doesn’t permit, other arrangements will be made. Renters must display parking pass in their vehicle at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense. Discard the parking passes upon departure. 17. HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY - No refunds will be given unless: a. The National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation in conjunction with a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" covering the rental property area; and/or b. The National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation in conjunction with a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" covering the area of residence of the vacationing guest. In the event one of the above evacuation orders are issued we will refund: a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered, b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.

The place was fabulous, the living dining was very open to accommodate everyone. Short walk to beach and small shops up in the plaza. If planning to use washer and dryer it is $2 per machine.

Great value and prime location on South Padre Island. This is a spacious condo that can accommodate a large family. The kitchen is equipped to handle some cooking at home and the pools and beach are so close. The tennis courts are beautiful too.
