We are sorry to hear the flat did not quite meet your expectations and we are even more sorry to learn of your disappointment after your departure. If for any reason we seemed unapproachable, we do apologize. With a quick email or phone call we are happy to fix any issues during your stay. We hold a very high standard when it comes to the cleaning of our flats and we are sorry to hear that you did not find the cleaning satisfactory. Had this been signaled to us, we would have been happy to send someone to address these issues. The late check in fee only applies to check-ins after 19h00 and is indicated on the listing. Sometimes we have check-ins as late as midnight and it's difficult for us to maintain staff willing to do this. Therefore, it's not uncommon to ask for a fee to compensate our staff for this inconvenience. We are sorry if you found the key fee to be a bad surprise but it is important for us to make sure that our guests are aware of the danger of loosing or forgetting a key. We only provide a small starter pack of toilet paper, soaps and shampoos to kick off your stay and we suggest that guests either pack these toiletries or plan on purchasing them during your stay. These can easily be found in the nearby grocery store. We do hope you will give us a second chance to host you in the future now that you are fully aware of our procedures and policies.
