We can provide a keycode to the keysafe so it doesnt matter what time you arrive after 3pm We are on call to assist & advise but otherwise leave you to it. There is a welcome folder at the property with all the information that you need
The property is located in a residential location with neighbours on bothe sides: we ask that any noise is kept to a minimum especially after hours, we ask that you do not use the garden after 11 pm.
The property is strictly non smoking for fire safety & odour reasons There are smoke detectors in the building to comply with fire safety regulations
Check in is after 3pm and by 10.30 am to allow for same day changeovers.
We have a minimum age policy of 21 years
Please be security minded and make sure all windows & doors are shut / locked on departure.
We ask that you complete your washing up and dispose of your rubbish
- We ask that noise is kept to a minimum especially after hours eg smokers outside
- Please do not decorate the property externally with banners or ballons or damage the decor by attaching banners with drawing pins/sellotape/bluetac
- Damaged or stained towels/linen will be charged for
-Please dispose of your rubbish on departure in the communal bins opposite
- LOST keys pose a significant security issue and may result in locksmith call out charges/lock change charges / a complete new set of keys being re-cut so PLEASE ensure all keys are left at the property!
