Arranged over 3 levels, this Superb stylish yet quirky 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Brighton Holiday apartment sleeps up to a maximum of 10 guests. It has a fantastic open plan kitchen living dining space with top of the range fixtures & fittings.

Exposed brick walls blend with the eclectic, up-cycled, reclaimed & imported american vintage paraphernalia along with carefully selected UK sourced vintage pieces . All presented alongside the state of the art newly fitted kitchen.

Wine barrels & lamps with mural wallpaper welcome you into the property

FIRST FLOOR ( Located over a shop) )
Open plan KITCHEN/ LIVING/ DINING ROOM: a fabulous space for a family or group get together, for a meal or just to relax by the wood burning stove.

There is Hi speed broadband and a top of the range multi channel large flat screen TV . The sound system on the TV is bluetooth so iphones etc can be streamed through it

Sleek fitted kitchen with all new appliances: 2 Neff ovens one a professional multi function oven, 1 a dedicated steam oven, the hob is 6 part induction with built in food warmer. There is a built in washing machine and separate tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge / freezer & lashings of instant hot boiling water for tea & coffee.

Dining table to seat 6 guests Extra benches are also provided to seat up to 10 at a squeeze.

FAMILY BATHROOM with bath and rainfall wet room shower area, WC & washbasin.

BEDROOM 1 Sleeps 2
Located to the rear of the building with standard fixed 4ft 6 double bed, a rail for your clothes and vintage school desk.

BEDROOM 2 Sleeps 2-3
triple sleeper bunk bed with double under and single over. A rail for your clothes and a desk.

Trompe l'oeil mural paper in the style of a time tunnel draws you up the stairs to the second floor.

MASTER BEDROOM sleeps 2-3 with NEW EN SUITE SHOWER ROOM with single shower enclosure, wash basin, WC. The bedroom now has a standard 4ft 6 double bed with a single bed.

Standard fixed double bed 4ft 6 in & a portable fold out chair bed if required.


You will have sole use of the apartment during your stay . There are several flights of stairs within the property so perhaps not suitable for those with mobility issues.


The property owner / manager will meet you at the property and show you around, instruct you on how to use the appliances and gadgets and give any local information that you need to know. He will be on hand for assistance if required


Check in is free from 3pm to 6 pm

Late check in fees may apply after 6pm ie £15 after 6pm £20 after 7pm and £50 after 8pm £70 after 9pm.

We have a minimum age policy of 21 years

The apartment is strictly no smoking for Health, Fire safety and odour reasons

amazing place in the perfect location. The kitchen is beautiful with such modern appliances and the showers were great. Laurence the host was very welcoming and approachable and left us some food and drink in the fridge when we arrived which was very kind. we really really enjoyed our stay, Thank you so much!

The flat is very cool with a great arty vibe, and perfectly matches the character of Brighton. Everything was very clean. The couch is super comfy for lounging with a hangover while the kitchen and dining table area is great to get your group together for a meal and some drinks. The beds were a little bit uncomfortable and there was a bit of noise from the pub across the road when you have the windows open on a hot night but other than that it was a fantastic stay. Laurence was friendly and personable. We'd definitely stay again.

We stayed at parkers pad for my friends hen party, all communication was excellent from booking to check in. The apartment is absolutely awesome and exactly as described, excellent location also. Would highly reccommend staying.

We liked the place. Quirky vibe and we were able to squeeze 10 of us in for a fantastic New Year's celebration. Guy that checked us in was really nice and didn't linger - communicated only what we needed to know. Bit of a bizarre bathroom design, but other than that no complaints. Thanks Finn

I have over 10 years experience in the specialist, short term, Brighton holiday let market and manage bookings for about 35 properties in and around Brighton. KeyStay work as booking agents, answering enquiries on behalf of owners during office hours & liaising with their valued guests.

I love all things property & appreciate great interior design and presentation; I understand that guests need a clean, comfortable, home from home to stay in whilst visiting & exploring new places.
