Peaceful getaway, modern, renovated interior, huge park at the front, pleasant street with quiet neighbours, easy access to shopping centre and Bankstown train station and bus-stop, 20 mins drive to the airport. Unlimited off-street parking.
This room fixed with 1 queen bed, private bathroom inside. This is a self service accommodation, please feel free to contact us if you need assistance. only half an hour you will be at the City Centre Sydney. Sydney airport is only 20 minutes drive away.

House Rules

The following is a summary of the prescribed house rules.

Resident and guest behaviour:
Residents and their guests must not interfere with the reasonable peace, comfort and privacy of other residents.

Maintenance of rooms:
Residents must maintain their rooms in a way that does not interfere with the reasonable comfort of other residents, and in a way that does not create a fire or health hazard. Residents must not intentionally or recklessly damage or destroy any part of their rooms or a facility in their rooms.

Common areas:
Common areas are areas shared by different residents.
They may include a television room, bathroom, kitchen, hallway or yard. The provider/agent must take reasonable steps to make sure the common areas and the facilities in them, are kept safe, clean and in good repair. The residents must make sure they and their guests leave common areas neat, clean and tidy after using them.

Guests:
Residents must make sure their guests are aware of, and follow, the house rules.
Access to residents’ rooms: The provider/agent must not enter the residents’ rooms other than as allowed under the Act.
The provider/agent must also take reasonable steps to ensure residents have quiet enjoyment of their room/s.

Door locks and keys:
Residents must not tamper with (or change) a door lock on the premises, or make copies of keys without the permission of the provider/agent. Guests- not allow to bring extra guest that is not included in the booking. if extra guests are find out living in the booked room without the knowledge of the administrator, penalty of $50 per guest will be added to the room cost non negotiable.

Keeping pets:
No pets will be allowed on the premise. If pets are brought without the awareness of the administrator and it physically harms other guest, the pet owner is liable for all cost that associated with the damages cause by their pet.

Smoking can not smoke anywhere on the premise.

Using shared facilities:
courtesy is required when using facilities without causing disputes and disturb the rest of other guest otherwise the administrator of the guest house has the right to remove people with anti-social behaviour and the booking fee is not refundable.

Drinking alcohol or illegally consuming drugs is strictly not allowed on the premise, any such behaviour is reported to the administrator will be contacted with the police and remove from the premise.

Making noise can not make loud noises which will disturb the rest of other guests.
Maximum two warning will be given before ask to leave the premise and the booking fee for the room will not be refunded.

I booked this place for 11 days. That was for me first time to use the Airbnb. and since I am traveling 170 days a year and using hotels, I did not know what to expect to! in this house I got 1 room from 9 other rooms with 1 bed, 1 chair and shower! 1 big towel and one small. (They did not wanted to give or change fresh ones all this time – nor the bed sheets. (I got new one only after few calls two days before my leaving - they told me to wash myself the towels with the washing machine, however no dryer around! (House amenity’s show the towels and dryer is available as TV as well. The TV is the corridor in front of sofa for 2 people only (not been in use since no electric cable to the tv it was missing) Kitchen and tv is shared with all other gussets. At Airbnb also amenity’s shoes also breakfast!! (Possibly joke or mistake?) Behind the house there is small yard which immediately behind the fence there is rail road…. At night was quite cool inside and was not possible to adjust temperature! (Thermostat at corridor closed) The bed was comfortable and the free wireless was working well! At this price, I will check next time hotels in Sydney

The house is in very good condition as the owner maintained it quite well and it has been newly renovated, I am happy you are satisfied with the beds and the wireless internet, I wish you have better experience in the future with us. However in Australia, most accommodation do not provide towels for sanitary purpose due to possibility of transfer of skin diseases, but to provide better experience for our clients, we will always provide two new towels. And as the property is a self-service accommodation, we have tried our very best to provide the towels after we received your request. I am sorry that we have not actually receive any messages from you regarding the temperature is cold at night and this has caused you great discomfort otherwise we would have try to solve it for you even if it is late night. Regarding the breakfast, we absolutely do not find that is a joke that you expect a breakfast and you did not end up getting the breakfast. unfortunately we do not have the service for breakfast and it is a manual error that it appears in the booking however we will definitely try to solve this for you if we receive the notification from you regarding no breakfast because as a first time service provider we are definitely willing to go out of our way to fix this for our client. I feel very unfortunate about this and next time we would like to offer you a 10% discount voucher to compensate your discounted experience to your expectations. Thank you again for your valued opinion to help us to improve our service as a first time service provider and we all wish you have a good day.
