This is a quiet and exclusive location. Security is evident throughout the building. Please keep the apartment clean and tidy.
The entertainers courtyard is extremely large and group gatherings is welcomed. The rooftop entertaining area is extensive with fantastic views and fully equipped with a BBQ and ample comfortable seating for that extra special experience while in Sydney. However, no noise disturbances while in this area. Gas in BBQ is provided. There are separate rooftop rules in this block which is listed on the board in the area. Smoking is allowed in the courtyards-but be mindful of other residents. If having a pet a surcharge of $100.00 for cleaning for each pet. Two pets maximum. Parking on premises based on availability and for stays of three months or longer at an additional price. Short term stays have parking passes at an additional cost and only if available as this depends on council allocation numbers.
Holding small group events is welcome in the courtyard but no partying is allowed.
Small group events can be held on the rooftop- but please advise before hand to make sure common property rules are complied with.
