Large 2nd floor studio and balcony, with fresh, comfortable double bed (electric blanket) and sofa bed. Spacious lounge/dining area, kitchen, large bathroom and private entrance foyer.
The apartment is self servicing. Coffee, tea and bottled water is provided for the first day.
Whole apartment. WIFI. On street parking with permit (provided free) ON REQUEST at time of booking.
On most occasions, I like to meet guests with keys, although if it is late or I am unavailable, key collection will be arranged. I interact with guests as necessary and may be contacted via Airbnb message or mobile phone. Although generally available to contact, I am not usually at the premises.
There is no lift in this property.
Heating MUST be turned off each time you leave the apartment.

This is a quiet apartment block and people's homes. Non smoking and pet free.
The apartment is self catering. Please leave it clean and tidy as it is found.
Empty garbage and recyclables into council bins at rear of property prior to departure .
Lost key fee $20 per key
Lost/not returned parking permit fee $120
