It is in the very center of town. Walk right out the front door of the building to the beauty of Rosemary Beach! Can’t find a better location in Rosemary!
We are on the back side of the building where it is quiet and serene. This unit has a beautiful 1375 sq ft open floor plan with soaring 20 ft ceilings and luxurious wood floors. The space contains granite counter tops, fully stocked kitchen, top of the line stainless steel appliances, gorgeous wood accents, upscale bathroom fixtures, and stone showers. Master shower is a huge walk in, marble oasis.
Living areas are open and airy. Filled with natural light, there is also an eat in kitchen, a dining area, and a sitting area to sit back and relax.
The unit has 2 balconies to enjoy your coffee, a cocktail, or beautiful views of our town. Sunrise viewed from the balconies are breath-taking.
Both bedrooms offer private baths, king beds and 32` Tv.
One bedroom has a desk in case you absolutely MUST get some work done with WIFI (not responsible for service interruption) for your laptop and ipad. There is also a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 more guests.
The Loft building has its own private entrance and elevator to the condo which is situated above the Rosemary Beach Trading Company, Hissyfits Boutique, and Regions Bank.
Guests will have access to the 4 community swimming pools in Rosemary Beach. In addition, 2 Jamis Taxi beach cruiser bikes are included with this downtown 30A condo.
You will have a dedicated Guest Relations Manager with 30A Escapes who will communicate with you after your booking. The 30A Escapes team member will get you all the important details such as the address, WIFI and Key Box codes for the property.
*Please take note of the actual minimum nights on the 30AEscapes website. For Example: during peak seasons the nightly minimums are 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday. Your reservations will be canceled if you book less than what is stated on our site.
