Remove your shoes. Feel free to leave them at the door or bring them to your room (where you’ll find a wooden shoe rack in the full length mirrored closet)
No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.
No smoking in the bedroom or on the property- also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash can or litter in the neighborhood.
Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. We love that our home is cockroach and termite free. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
Bathroom and Shower Time/Laundry- Washer and Dryer, please supply your own detergent/dryer sheets and personal items for bathroom use (provided on guest check list) but feel free to use during hours of 7AM-11PM.
The Kitchen is available to use from 7AM-10PM, if you make a mess, please clean it up. Please do not take or remove kitchen utensils from the property. Please do not eat food that is not yours. No food in bedrooms.
No nudity, no candles, no loud music, no entering of closed/locked personal bedrooms.
Treadmill is available from 7AM-9PM, please make sure to power off when done with use.
No Children under the 12 in the house without prior approval.
No stealing, no lying, no borrowing of household or personal items.
Quiet Hours: 11PM-6AM.
Parking, reserved stalls on far right hand side parking lot of drive way.
If you open it, CLOSE IT.
If you turn it on, TURN IT OFF.
If you unlock it, LOCK IT.
If you break it, FIX IT.
If you can’t fix it, CALL SOMEONE WHO CAN.
If you borrow it, RETURN IT.
If you use it, TAKE CARE OF IT.
If you make a mess, CLEAN IT UP.
If you move it, PUT IT BACK.
If it belongs to someone else, GET PERMISSION TO USE IT.
If you don’t know how to operate it, READ THE DIRECTIONS or DON’T MESS WITH IT.
