NEW Nash listing! All new furniture, linens, cookware. 3 bed/2 bath private house w/free onsite parking. Sleeps 7 but you're welcome to bring 1 air mattress for an extra guest (8 total guests). Located in a quiet & safe neighborhood, yet ONLY 4 MILES TO ALL THE DOWNTOWN ACTION, quick & cheap Uber or Lyft ride. 7.5 miles from the Airport. Two story home. First floor is the kitchen, dining, living room, master bedroom with en suite double vanity sink bathroom with bath tub and shower combo. Master bedroom has Queen sized bed and cable TV.
Living room is a great and open area to hang out. We have a twin sized roll out bunk you can put in the living room for the 7th guest. You're welcome to bring your own air mattress if you have more than 7 guests.
Kitchen is stocked with a Keurig coffee machine, a French press, a 4 quart crockpot, baking sheets, some casserole dishes, basic cookware, cups, utensils.
Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms. One bedroom as a Queen sized bed and a TV with cable.
The other bedroom has a full sized bed.
Small bathroom upstairs with walk in shower.
You'll have access to the entire house.

A great deal of passion went into designing and building this space so that it would be both beautiful to behold and beautiful to experience. Please help us preserve it for yours and others' future stays by accepting these rules before you book:
-Treat the space as if you crafted it with your own hands.
-There is no smoking allowed and no pets allowed on the property.
-Absolutely NO GLITTER. Any decorations you put up must all be taken down including any tape residue.
-Please leave the house in the condition you entered it in. The cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess. Please follow easy check-out instructions provided. If you follow those, you’ll be in good shape.
-Please communicate with us about anything that has been broken during your stay. Any excessive mess or damaged items will result in withholding of deposit.
-NOISE. We ask that you respect our neighborhood and neighbors by keepying your noise level down at ALL times during the day, espeically when outside of the property. Any noise complaints recieved from our neighbors will result in withholding of deposit.
It’s written in our listing description and we remind you here again. TAX IS NOT INCLUDED in the Airbnb quote. As hosts in Nashville, we are required to collect about 16% in taxes which consists of 9.25% Sales & Use Tax and 6% Hotel Occupancy Tax plus $2.50/night. We will give you a tax total for your booking and request that amount AFTER your booking via Airbnb payment request.
There are a few reasons why it isn't included in the nightly rate. One reason is because Airbnb changes the rate every few days depending on the market therefor the tax changes as well which we have to manually calculate because Airbnb doesn't feature the option for hosts to enter the tax rate for our city, we have to collect it in addition to our nightly rate. Nashville hosts are required to collect taxes as imposed by Davidson County. Unfortunately, the Airbnbs in Nashville that aren't collecting the taxes are not in compliance and don't have a permit to do so.
We try to communicate it as clear as possible in our listing in our description and broken down in the "House Rules" before guests book and agree to those terms. We try to be as upfront about it on our listing as much possible avoid surprises.

EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:
Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please do not ask the day before or the day of arrival as we will NOT honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit.
The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.
100% Refund if cancelled 30 days or more out from your reservation date.
50% Refund if cancelled 2 weeks to 29 days out.
No refund if cancelled less than 2 weeks.
Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund. Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
