Sedona Ranch is a health retreat center. Please go on our site for more information: Sedonaranch. OrgIm a licensed acupuncturist, yoga & meditation guide and equine therapist. Those services are offered if client desires it. I rent out quads and I can take you on guided tours to caves around the area or hikes. I teach people how to work with horses, ride and train. For the most part I give guests their privacy and only interact if they desire to do so.
10 miles down dirt road. SUV recommended. We do not issue refunds due to the condition of the road. We cannot predict weather and although a sedan can make it on the road, a SUV is recommended.
We charge $15 per pet per night.
We offer an outside fire pit. But please bring your own wood. All fires must be put out before waking away from area. We allow guests to walk anywhere around the property, but we ask that you do not go in the horses' area without approval of the host.
Please read all rules before booking.
PLEASE CLOSE all gates- We cannot allow the horses out or we will never find them again. Make sure you close gates the way we have it. Chain and clip. Our horses know how to lift chain if not clipped.
If you have dogs do not put them on the bed. Please bring your dogs bed. If your dog goes on any of our furniture please place a blanket between your pet and our furniture. Please do not leave dog or dogs unattended in the cabin. Any damages will be charged to your account. Dogs must be approved before booking.
I recommend not propping the door open as critters may run inside or flying bugs.
Water heater in cabin is small and allows for 3-5 minute showers.
No toilet paper in toilet to prevent septic clogs. All paper in baskets. No smoking inside, pets off bed, please pick up after pets, 15mph, no refunds for dirt road condition or if one is scared to drive 10 miles on the dirt road. Look on map before booking!. Our horses are friendly but they are trained to kick coyotes for their own protection. We ask that you do not let your dog near the horses for their own safety. I don t even bring my own dogs near the horses for that reason. Also, due to the high coyote population in the area, we ask that you never leave your dog outside unattended.
Our cleaning fee is very low but If dishes are left dirty in sink we will charge extra for cleaning.
Flood light outside can be turned on and by guests in case they need light at night. The switch is on the side of the cabin.
Trails are all over the area and a map can be borrowed from us upon request.
When checking out, please remove sheets from bed and leave door unlocked.
We recycle. There are 2 bins outside by the cabin. One is for plastic and the other for glass.
Leave all regular trash on your porch on the day of your departure and we will take it to recycle as well as regular trash.
Thank you for reading. These rules have been added on little at each time as things come up.
