Casey Grove, we are so glad that you and your group had a great time. Please accept my apologies for the inconveniences you have had, I think part is for a misunderstanding.
I do not believe that we did not accurately represent what offer; as our large, mobile TV the guests found is not listed in our amenities & is the owner's property not for use by guests under normal circumstances. The TV is the only one in the house without a remote, a power cord, or any receiver box or HDMI cord in addition to not being listed. We apologize if this seemed misleading, though we do our best to accurately represent what we have to offer the guests & keep all of it listed accordingly.
We were upset to hear that a TV was not powering on (or rather, had no power.) Our property manager immediately went to the property to check this issue & the TV powered up right away, though the DirectTV took a few seconds longer to boot up (10s or so) than usual, but this is a result of a current problem with DirectTV service and we had a technician out today who explained the system is running a little slow on the software side due to a recent update last week. Apart from the slightly slower start up of the TV service, the TV powered on with no issue & everything was up and running in 15s with no other method used than simply hitting the dual Power On button on the remote. We sincerely apologize if this caused an inconvenience, and we are very diligent about ensuring all our amenities are working properly before every party of guests arrives at one of our properties.
Bedroom 6 & 7 is listed together with a picture showing a divide between sleeping areas with doors (open in the picture.) We never intend to mislead guests & believe our description with adjoining pictures accurately portrays how the layout of the area is, especially with its combined description on our property's page. If this is misleading guests in any way I'm sure we could further explain the separation in our description for any future guests as to avoid this incident from occurring again so that nobody feels like we misrepresented our amenities in any way.
We are very sorry if any of these issues conflicted with the enjoyment of your stay, and will work to prevent this from happening again. We have not received such feedback on these matters before in this way so it is a new area of interest for us to do all we can to see that it is remedied accurately & appropriately if need be.
