The apartment is located on the corner of the apartment building on the ground floor. Your own private access from the street, opens into a sunny courtyard with BBQ and outdoor seating area.
Each bedroom has a luxurious King size bed with built-in wardrobe space and situated at opposite ends of the apartment.
The bathroom has a funky stone walled, walk-in shower.
Open planned living & kitchen area, with a breakfast bar and sunny veranda doors letting the sun shine in & cool breeze flow through the apartment.
The living space has a large comfortable corner lounge and wall mounted TV. There is also a separate sofa-bed providing extra bedding for a possible 5th Guest ( please enquire prior to booking, should you wish to use)
You will have your my personal contact number incase of emergencies and communication via the Airbnb APP is recommended when reaching out to your Host.
Please be considerate in the hours you decide to communicate. I have a high concern to ensure all of my guests are taken care of & regularly check my messages, however unless it is an emergency please consider contacting me during the daytime hours with requests, concerns or general questions.

- No more than the guests staying are to be on the premises at all times
- No excessive noise or use of the BBQ area after 10pm
- No parties, young groups, 21st, 18th or schoolies parties allowed
- Please respect your neighbours and the permanent residents living there
- When leaving the apartment make sure all door are locked behind you.
- Please report any damages or incidents immediately to myself so we can fix straight away.
