Oversized 1 bed in Zephyr Lodge, WP's only ski in/out condos. 20% larger than other 1 Beds w/ views of the mtn slopes & village. King bed + new queen murphey. Amenities: AC unit, ground level ski locker, outdoor hot tubs,& fitness center. Private underground parking for guests (summer free/winter $16/day). Near starbucks, ski rental, shops, & restaurants!

Beautiful large windows in this second floor oversized units living room and bedroom provide views of the ski / bike mountain and village below. Great view of brand new village walkway. You can enjoy your hot cocoa (or wine) and watch the skiers/bikers and mountain goers coming and going from the Zephyr lift (soon to be Zephyr Gondola) bunny hill, and other base activities (think skiing/tubing/ice-skating in the Winter and biking, putt-putt golf / Apline Slide / jumpy castles in the summer). Great for a couple, family with young skiers, or group of friends looking for a mountain getaway with access to everything! Walk out of the Zephyr lodge right into the heart of the village and walk easily to the Chairlifts and Ski School. The location is walking distance to everything at the base like restaurants, coffee shops, rental shops, and clothing/gear shops. Location! Location! Location!

Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in bedroom & a queen murphey bed in the living room. We also have a new large couch with chaise lounge. Sleeps up to 4. Pack and Play provided in Unit.

Winter Park provides easy access to Denver (DIA) and the ability to avoid the ski traffic heading to the front range. Winter Park not only is an incredible Ski mountain but the town is alive with events and festivals. No matter what time of year you visit, you will enjoy the friendly local vibe, mountain ambiance, and beautiful views. Whether you are here to ski, board, hike, mountain bike, or just relax and take in the mountain air, this is the place for you!

When booking dates, please look into Winter Park Resorts current schedule. Sometimes, due to snow fall the mountain will open later than the predicted “opening day” and will remain open longer and / or close earlier than predicted season.
“Off Season” is between ski season closing day (usually mid April) and Trestle / Mountain Biking opening days (Usually mid June). Be advised that the area is quiet during this time and restaurants and shops could be closed at the base during off season. It is a great time to stay if you want to hike Rocky Mountain National and/ or just have some mountain peace and quiet time! You can still always take the public bus into the town of Winter Park for restaurants and night life.

Mountain bikes are no longer allowed in the building. There is a bike lock area in the garage.

Zephyr Mountain Lodge is the only true Ski in/Ski out condo located at the base of Winter Park. There are restaurants and bars, ski rental, coffee, and kids activities nearby. Fun kid friendly stops along your walk (musical instruments, puzzles, games, small playground, lake/skating rink, gazebos, and the Coke a Cola Polar Bear. The village and town of WP set up fun events and activities all summer long like movie nights, putt putt contests, jumpy castles, specialty dinner and wine evenings, and concerts.

Mike and I are both Colorado natives. We both grew up skiing and snowboarding as well as exploring all aspects of Colorado mountain life. We were weekend warriors as kids skiing all across the front range and I was even a Copper Chopper! When we first started dating, it was a given that we would spend our dates on the slopes in the winter and hiking, biking, rafting, and fishing in the summer. Now, we have been married for 10 years and have two beautiful little girls. We bought this cabin so we could share our love of the outdoors and nature throughout the seasons with them and provide them the same experiences we had growing up in Colorado. We are thrilled to share our second home with other families seeking adventure in the Colorado mountains.
