This private room has a queen size bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan with a view. The private full-size bathroom consists of a shower, spa bath and separate toilet. Our bedroom and bathroom is downstairs.

Our home is just 9 mins drive to the beach or 18 mins on bus and 5 mins walk to the local pub, a 10 minute bus ride or a $7 - $12 Uber from the Sunshine Plaza Bus station. There is a bus stop less than 5 mins walk.

We have one large private room in our very spacious 2-storey, 4 bedroom house. The bedroom, bathroom, shower and toilet is yours privately.

The room features a queen size bed, clean linen, free wifi, air conditioner, lots of natural light or blinds to block out the sun, ceiling fan, bedside tables, bedside lamp and mirror. The room's newly installed windows are tinted and sound proofed for added comfort.

You are provided with clean sheets, comfortable pillows, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, cereal, tea/coffee and wifi. We wash our linen with antibacterial detergent after every guest(s) checks out.

We have a pet cat and dog. Mac our inside dog is small, quiet and very friendly. Thea is our maine coon bred cat and is adorable. Please don't book if you don't like or can't be near them.

We have a Delonghi automatic coffee machine (filled with coffee beans from Merlo), a kettle and Toaster and many other appliances which you are welcome to use.

Checkin time is between 5pm and 7pm on weekdays. Weekends are flexible. Checkin times outside these times must be arranged with us in advance of arrival.

There are bus services available to pick you up from either Sunshine Coast or Brisbane airports, just contact us if you need information.

There is a bus stop less than 5 minutes walk from our house. The bus ride from Maroochydore Bus Station, Sunshine Plaza takes only 10 minutes to our home..

An Uber from the Sunshine Plaza area will cost between $8 - $17 to our place.

If you have a car, we have a car space just near the front door, off the street.

Our street is in a well established area. There are great views, with lots of trees and birdlife around.

Our home is located in convenient Maroochydore. Only 2kms to the Sunshine Coasts large shopping complex, Sunshine Plaza. There are many Food outlets, restaurants, bars located in Ocean St, Maroochydore, just a $9-$17 Uber ride away. Or you walk to local pub in just 5 minutes.
