Our rental property is perfectly located for exploring Anchorage and the surrounding areas. From our condo you will have easy access to all that Anchorage has to offer in the way of outdoor activity, shopping, and dining as well as quick access to the Seward Highway for exploring beyond Anchorage. To ensure seeing wildlife up close, the Achorage Zoo and Wildlife Conservation Center are within a short driving distance!
Travelers will have full access to the condo.

Smoking is NOT allowed
People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
Check-in is 4pm. (no early check-ins please) Check-out is 11am.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Parking: PARKING – Parking is limited to __2___ vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in unmarked parking spots only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
Please pay close attention to the following. The cleaning fee you were charged is for the routine cleaning service required to get the unit ready for another renter. Excessive soiling of the unit, e.g., stains, trash left in unit, or damage will be deducted from the damage deposit.
All trash should be disposed of in the dumpsters in the parking lot upon checkout.
Please leave the thermostat at 60 degrees upon check-out.
Please place any used dishes in the dishwasher and run cycle upon check-out.
Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
Cleaning of fish is not permitted in the unit.
Only use appliances for their intended uses (please don’t overload washer/dryer).
Please turn off anything electrical/gas upon check-out.
Pets are NOT allowed.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit.
Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $200.]
