The house was just updated and converted to an airbnb. You were given a very good deal for the room and I would imagine that is why you chose to book a whole other week? All the room's were booked and not one other person had a problem with the toilet's. Kleo would not communicate to me personally what was happening with the toilet and it worked for everyone else. Yet she took the time to send a video to Airbnb that I did not get to see? My handyman and I do not know how to fix what is not broken. Please check the other guest comments in the same time frame as Kleo's booking
Kleo had two cats that were held up in the room all day and night. We know cats prowl at night. Their fur was all over the curtain that did get put up the day after check in. As far as the small reading lamp it was there for guest use and can be placed anywhere. You know cats prowl, why would you leave it over your head? I'm sure they were the ones that knocked it down while they were playing in the dark of the room. The fur and kitty litter were all over the room when you left.
There is NO Burger King in the neighborhood, No one has had any toilet issues and I never got upset with you. I paid the handyman and plumber to check into your concerns. They were there every other day that week to check out what was happening. Kleo sat on the sofa and listen to us but would not get up to show us what her issues in flushing the toilet were??
I do have a flexible check out, but as rude as you were to me, and as much as you had complaints about the place, why would you want to stay half the day? You used your cats as an excuse, with the heat.. It was a very nice and overcast day when you left plus you had a long drive to Ft. Collins. There was NO reason you needed to hang out all day at a place you were uncomfortable with..
