BEST VALUE Angeles Apartment 5 is a bright, attractively furnished 2 level townhouse/condo apartment with HUGE living and kitchen areas great for entertaining guests, cooking meals, watching movies, chatting with friends or working online; and lovely, air conditioned bedrooms upstairs for night-time activities. Located in Malabanias, one of the safest, cleanest and least air polluted areas in Angeles City, this apartment is your perfect HOME AWAY FROM HOME during your visit to our vibrant party town.


OUR APARTMENTS or a HOTEL ROOM?

Our apartments are VERY PRIVATE and quiet, highly secure, and completely yours to do with as you wish. Our pricing matches or beats the price offered for air-conditioned rooms at budget hotels, yet you get a complete apartment with kitchen and separate bedrooms. There are no prying eyes at front desk, like you get at hotels, so you can really ENJOY YOUR PRIVACY. We don’t currently have an onsite pool, but there are many swimming options at local hotels (starting from 100 pesos per person) within meters of our apartments.


BAR HOPPERS

Angeles has over 50 bars to entertain and entice you, including the 2pm-11:30pm great value, foreigner friendly ‘Perimeter’ bars (such as Platinum, Baby Dolls, Ice Bar, Candy Bar and Det 5), and the 4pm-3am predominantly Korean owned, more expensive ‘Walking Street’ bars (exceptions being La Bamba, Rhapsody and Body Shop). Our apartments are located a short walk from the ‘Perimeter’ bars.

Bar hoppers, maintain YOUR PRIVACY by taking a trike from ‘Perimeter’ bars to the apartment gate for 50-80 pesos, and 100 pesos (both less than US$2) from Walking Street. Other travel options for less private travel include jeepney and taxi transport, and walking.

Nigel is a cool host, but when you choose his place, know about your surroundings because not many of Taxie drivers know this location. Good place, but be mindful of house rules and electrical expensive. Burning the AC can be costly!

Hello Edwin. Thank you for your comments and review. Given our discussions and how happy you told us you were with the apartment, and that you would extend your stay if you could, we are surprised by your 3 star review. The primary forms of transport in Angeles are trike (100 pesos from the apartment gate), jeepney (from the main road 5 minutes walk away) and bus. Taxis tend to be used only for longer trips, such as Angeles City to Manila, although many guests have recently taken advantage of the 'Grab' taxi option for short trips here in Angeles. As you may remember, we arranged the trike for you at departure, making it easy for you to reach your next destination in Angeles. As for the electric, as shown on Airbnb and advised at check in personally and via text message, we include 12 units (equivalent to 120 pesos) per day in your booking price, which is suitable for most people. We charge an extra 10 pesos per unit for usage above the included amount. We do this to keep the base apartment prices low and fair for all of our guests. Our apartments use 2-4 electric units per day when air con is not used. Each air con uses approximately 1 electric unit per hour. We are pleased that you enjoyed our hosting, and we look forward to seeing you again next time. Cheers, Nigel & Angel.

Our stay was great. The place is roomy and very clean. Having 3 air conditioners is a big plus. The location is close but not too close to the bars on Perimeter road. Our host Nigel was prompt with all our needs. Thanks again Nigel.

I had a pleasant stay at this townhouse. The pictures are exact representation. The location is excellent. Nigel is an amaizing host who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was fine. He was available pretty much anytime to answer any questions I had. And believe me if you travel to Angeles City for the first time, you WILL have the questions. He had saved the day for me many times! Thanks alot Nigel !

Value for money. The apartment is basic, but also very cheap. A number of mod cons are available: wifi, cable tv, aircon; but at the same time the fitout of the unit has seen better days. Nigel is a great hosts. Communication was easy and we had certainly no issues. Thanks for letting us stay.

I was actually ashamed because we had a lot of unexpected stuff that affected our check in and check out. Those are all our fault and Nigel has been very understanding about that. I totally recommend this place because the unit is good and the host is great. We will definitely book again and we’ll bring some cooking utensils next time :)

Thank you for your comments Rainier. Our guests often check in hours after their expected arrival, which is not an issue for us if we know as soon as possible and can plan our day accordingly. Unlike a hotel, apartments don't have a receptionist waiting for guest arrivals, so setting an arrival time is obviously important. Our apartments are designed for up to four people, and as such, have four sets of cutlery, plates, bowls, mugs and glasses, along with suitable pot and pan and cooking utensils (peeler, wooden spoon, tongs, serving spoon, etc) for cooking. We are happy to supply additional items upon request. As for your check out, it is lucky we didn't have a new guest at your booked apartment on your check out day, so your late check out didn't impact us too much.
