Cozy and charming home in the historic Euclid/St. Paul neighborhood. Close to downtown (the waterfront walkway - 5 minutes), St. Pete Beach (20 minutes), and the Pinellas Bike Trail. The place is perfect for solo travelers, couples, business travelers, and those attending a game at the Tropicana Field (10 minutes away). It is also a nice space for someone who needs time away to write, meditate or do yoga.
This house is a peaceful, with some new renovations home (new windows and french door in the main bedroom, deck), where the only sound you'll hear are the bells from the St. Paul Catholic School (down the street). The furniture is all new, including three memory foam mattresses (queen, full, twin).
It is close to downtown St. Pete, however, away from the hassle and bustle.

I have been a professor (taught graduate school) for 36 years. I love traveling, outdoor activities and spending time with my family. I typically use Air B&B when I travel; giving me the opportunity to create an environment in my house similar to what I would expect when renting an entire space (someone else's home). I have also made my place affordable and open to all people. I embrace racial, ethnic and sexual diversity!
