Modern & spacious 3 bedroom apartment in heritage woolstore building, mins from CBD & easy access to airport. Teneriffe is full of cafe's, restaurants, parks, & close to nightlife precinct. Good for singles, couples, business travellers, & families. Across the road from the river, and public transport to the city.
Queen beds in 2 rooms & 1 bunk (2 single beds) in 3rd room. Rollaway beds available for 6+ guests (not ideal for adults, foam mattress)
The building is one of only a handful of heritage listed warehouses in Brisbane. The building has retained the original facade, and internal structural beams that give it old world charm with NYC-like style.
The floor plan is in the photos and you will see there is plenty of space. The apartment has high ceilings and the living area has a huge window to let in plenty of natural Queensland sunshine.
The stairs between the 2 levels are steep and a little narrow and may be difficult for elderly people.
The kitchen is fully self contained with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal after stocking up on fresh produce from the weekly Jan Powers Farmers' markets (a 15 minute walk along the river - ) or from the nearby Gasworks Plaza. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, grill, hotplates, toaster and kettle.
We don't live here and have furnished it with the aim of satisfying our guests to the best of our ability.
You'll have access to the whole place - make yourself comfortable.
The complex has a pool and secure car parking. The parking is ideal for a small to medium size vehicle, however larger vehicles may be difficult. There is plenty of on-street parking though.
Keys can be collected from 2pm-9pm. For hours later than this, please contact us.
We'll leave to do your own thing, though you'll be able to catch us on mobile or email anytime.
If there isn't someone checking in on the day you are checking out, I will accommodate later check-outs or earlier check-ins where possible...let me know and I'll see what I can do.
Please call us for any assistance - DO NOT phone/buzz on the intercom or ask the on-site building manager. They will only assist owners of apartments, and will not let people into the building (it is a secured building).
Smoking: Not allowed in the apartment or lobby. Smoking in the apartment will result in additional cleaning required and loss of your security deposit.
Pets: Not allowed
Food in Bedrooms: Please do not take food into the bedrooms as they are carpeted. Any food spilled on the carpet will require additional cleaning and result in loss of your security deposit.
Quiet Hours: The building has a noise curfew from 10pm. Please respect our neighbours as this is a quiet residential building. Noise complaints incur a cost to respond to unit owners and as a result will mean cancellation of your booking without refund and loss of security deposit.
No parties, events or functions.

After living in Brisbane for the best part of 20 years, we recently moved to Sydney. We both work in senior corporate roles for large multinationals and love food, coffee and travel - so if you need more recommendations, just let us know (also one of our children has gluten intolerance, so if you need on the best places for that, we'd be happy to help). We are a family with 2 school age children, so we understand what is needed to make your stay comfortable.
Our favourite places to visit are New York, LA, all of Italy and Sweden - we lived there for 3 years.
We love live music and theatre and always try to take in a show or 2 when in New York or London.
We started using AirBnB a couple of years ago as guests and hope we can make your stay as comfortable as possible.
