Our house is a family home situated on the east side of York. It is a modern home within a new development and has a designated parking space and a small but pretty courtyard garden.
The house has Eco credentials and is part of a Joseph Rowntree housing development. There is a stylish open- plan living area with large doors opening onto a courtyard garden with outdoor dining and lighting. The bedrooms are well-proportioned and there is a spacious hallway with a downstairs WC.
Guests will have access to the whole house including some use of the cupboards in the bedrooms. The wifi password will be provided and there is a study in which the desk is available should guests need to work quietly. There is a washing machine in the kitchen and a smart tv in the master bedroom.
Our home will be available only when we are not going to be in it.
The house is stylishly designed with a spacious, open-plan living area. The master bedroom is generously proportioned with an ensuite bathroom. Guests would have use of toys and books for their children.
- Extra care should be taken with the wooden frame sofa in the living area as it is an original Danish 1957 piece.
- The only designated parking space is in front of the house. The house is in a new development and parking is restricted. No permit is needed and there are visitor spaces available.
-No shoes to be worn upstairs.
-No single-sex groups unless by prior agreement
-house should be left in a reasonable condition, as we are a family who will be returning home, not a business
