Originally a one room school house converted to a residence in 1920. The floors even slope a bit. I have left as much of the original charm as possible of course now its central heat/air, updated kitchen, bath and washer/dryer. Its close to the city center. There is a drive for off street parking for 3. The sofa sleeper has a memory phone mattress which feels like a real mattress. Non-smokers or front porch smokers only. Cleaning fee is 1 night only.
This historic house has real charm. The original floors and plaster walls have been saved. Some ceilings had to be re-sheet rocked but some did not. I have tried to retain the authenticity and dignity of the house. The primitive pavement out front was patched not removed. This house is the real McCoy but with all the amenities of a modern home.
Entire downstairs is all yours.
Call or text anytime. Non smokers and outside smokers only. If you stay 28 days you will get the monthly rate, but you have to tell me so I can adjust the schedule. Remember cleaning fees are for one night only.
Its close to Penn Square Mall which is the most upscale shopping and restaurant area in OKC. Whole Foods is also there. About 4 milesvaway.
For instant booking on same day, check in time may have to be extended to 5:30 pm. If some one is there from the previous day. However if the house has been cleaned and everything is ready then normal check in can occur. Just message me to make sure. It is rare that it is not ready but just message me to make sure if you are instant booking and arriving that same afternoon.
