Enjoy the gorgeous view of the Pacific Blue from this home while relaxing at your private Infinity Pool. The pool area is equipped with lounge chairs and a comfortable outdoor sitting area that is perfect to take in the Hawaiian sunsets. This Island Home has been tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and equipped with your comfort in mind.
This home offers 3 separate living and sitting areas that leaves for plenty of room for everyone to spread out or to congregate. Two of the living area’s offer indoor/outdoor living opening up to the spacious lanai and pool. TV’s located in each area so no more disagreement over who gets the remote! There are also 2 separate dining areas, indoor and outdoor, that will comfortably sit 6. The spacious fully equipped kitchen is beautifully done and is open to the living and dining area. The BBQ is located in a seating area near the kitchen and offers additional seating to accommodate 4.
This 3 Bedroom/2.5 bath home will comfortably sleep 6. The Master Bedroom offers a King Bed, TV and ocean view. The en-suite bathroom includes dual sinks, large tub and a separate shower. The other two guest rooms include Queen beds and views of the property’s tropical landscaping.
Ceilings fans are located throughout this home and in the event that you need to check in with the office, the home offers WIFI to keep you connected and a desk/work area if you choose not work while sitting poolside. The home also offers a landline to make local calls to make dinner reservations or reservations for many of the activities that that Big Island has to offer!

Kona Coast Vacations manages over 195 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of Hawaii Island (same name as the State). There are numerous islands that make up the State, with most of the population residing on Oahu (Honolulu), Maui, Kauai and Hawaii Island.
We are located om the Kona Coast of Hawaii Island, right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area (about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.
Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP.
We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.
