The house offers cosy and comfortable accommodation in the popular village of Bethel. Bethel is an ideal base to explore the beautiful surroundings of North Wales and all of it's attractions. It is only a very short drive from Caernarfon, Llanberis and Snowdon, Bethesda, Menai Bridge and Bangor. By car within 30 mins you can visit Beddgelert, Conwy, Beaumaris, Red Wharf Bay, Llandudno, Porthmadog. You can reach Criccieth, Pwllheli, Rhosneigr, Betws y Coed and Newborough Beach within 45 mins.
The house is a cosy and comfortable house, which offers accommodation for 3. But can accommodate 4 as there is a pull out bed in the second bedroom. This would be ideal for 2 children sharing, or for 2 adults for a short stay as it is a small bedroom. However, there is ample room in the lounge for the pull out bed if you prefer to bring it downstairs.
The house has a comfortable living room, with a television and DVD player, in the large drawer unit you will find a selection of books, including a map and local guide books for walkers in Snowdonia and Anglesey. In the coffee table drawer there is a visitors book and also information on local attractions. In the TV unit there are some DVDs and a selection of family games.
There is a light galley style kitchen which is well equipped and includes plates, cups etc that are suitable for young children. There is also a highchair for babies and a booster seat for toddlers. A hand towel, dish cloth, washing up liquid and cleaning supplies are provided.
Modern bathroom with a shower bath is situated on the ground floor at the foot of the stairs. Each guest will be provided with adequate towels for their stay.
The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed with 7.5 tog quilt, a fleece blanket. If you require a warmer quilt (10.5 tog) please let me know.
The second bedroom has a single bed with a pull out bed underneath, both are provided with 7.5 tog quilts and fleece blankets, again if you require a warmer quilt (10.5 tog) please let me know.
There is an enclosed patio area to the back of the house which has sunshine for most of the day. It is a great space for relaxing and a safe area for children to play.
It has gas central heating, which is easy to control.
The house is situated off the main road, tucked away on a side street. There is always room to park by the property. I usually park by next door's gable end, or there is also room on the opposite side of the road.
You will have access to the whole house.
I will be available for any queries you may have before and during your stay and happy to help in order to make your stay comfortable.
