Waikoloa Fairways has beautifully kept grounds. The climate is perfect. We are close to the ocean yet far enough away we are not overwhelmed with heat and humidity. It's sunny and breezy. We are part of the Waikoloa Village Association. As well as having our own private pool we also have access to a large village association pool that includes a shallow kid size pool. At the public pool they offer lap swim and water aerobics. If golfing is your passion we are located on hole 3 of the Waikoloa Village Golf Course. Golfing in the village is affordable at $80 and after 2:00 PM $60 a round. Prices subject to change by Association.
It is a very short walk to the club house from our condo. If you play tennis you will also have access to two tennis courts and a backboard practice area, also a very short walk from our condo. You can purchase supplies and groceries at our local grocery/liquor store. There is a bank, UPS Store, hair salons, doctor offices, and miscellaneous shopping. Restaurants in the Village include Lava Java, Pueo's Osteria (Italian fine dining), Subway, and Tres Mex (just a kiosk but awesome). There is a 3 night minimum stay/10 during Christmas season. This is a non-smoking, no pets property.
The entire condo is your domain while renting this condo. You have access to all complex amenities including the pool and BBQ area.

Our office is open 7 days a week and you have free access to Kona Concierge as part of your reservation. Traditionally, there is no interaction unless you request it or have an issue and Kona Coast Vacations (on island company) is only a phone call away.

Kona Coast Vacations manages over 195 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of Hawaii Island (same name as the State). There are numerous islands that make up the State, with most of the population residing on Oahu (Honolulu), Maui, Kauai and Hawaii Island.
We are located om the Kona Coast of Hawaii Island, right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area (about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.
Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP.
We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.
