Hi Laurens. We apologize for the inconvenience during your stay. However, there are things that we need to clarify:
_ Internet: the internet was not working during your stay because the whole Vietnam is suffering problem from the internet cable under the sea during that period. The internet provided through local providers was interrupted, and it took these companies one week to take it back. If you stayed at another place at the same time, we are certain that you will experience the same problem.
_ Breakfast: all of the listings and your room reservation didn't include breakfast. Please kindly understand that the breakfast we offered to you is complimentary with simple toast and jam, coffee and tea as well. You are criticizing an item that didn't exist in the listing.
_ The problem with the elevator was an accident that may happen anywhere due to machine breakdown. We were able to manage to help the guest out in minutes and there was no harm to any of them.
_ Our staff, especially the lady, Thao did apologized and explained clearly about the situation and also offer you free drinks. It means we did put a lot of effort just try to make your stay more enjoyable despite the unexpected issues.
