My place is close to Haymarket train station, city centre, Stockbridge, the water of leith, dean village, Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art Two, Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art (Modern One), Princes Street. You’ll love the peace and quiet of being right in the city centre and the sound of the water of leith, the light, the neighbourhood, the cosiness. My place is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).


My 2 bedroom spacious apartment is situated in the west end of the city centre. It has a lovely comfortable living area with sky TV and high speed wifi. All of the pictures do it justice. Lots of space and you could fit 2 extra people on the couch if need be.
Lovely views down to the greenery and the garden will be finished and ready to sit in by middle of august. Great for sitting out at night over the fire.

The West End is close to many of the capital's finest shops and restaurants as well as its commercial and retail core in George Street and Princes Street. The cosmopolitan district of Stockbridge is only a short walk away offering a superb choice of speciality shops, fashionable bars, quaint coffee shops, delis and boutiques. There is easy access to the Water of Leith Walkway and cycle path, whilst the open spaces of the Royal Botanic Gardens and Inverleith Park are also within walking distance. The Drumsheugh Baths Club is situated nearby in Belford Road whilst the Edinburgh Sports Club, Dean Tennis Club and the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art are located in the Dean Village. Haymarket rail station is close by and regular public transport (bus and tram) provides swift access in and around the city and to and from the airport. By car fast main roads connect quickly to the city bypass, Edinburgh International Airport, the Forth Road Bridge and central motorway network. Excellent schooling is represented in the state and private sector. Belford Mews is quietly nestled in leafy and secluded location in Dean Village within Edinburgh's popular West End, close to the Financial District.
