This adorable and spacious one bedroom apartment is steps away from the heart of Andersonville. Ten minute walk to the Argyle Red Line stop, steps from the Clark, Foster, and Lawrence buses, Hopleaf, Bongo Room and boutique shops. Apartment has a modern kitchen, a king size bed, large sectional sofa, flat screen television with Netflix, cute shared patio space and green views out every window.
This large one bedroom is incredibly homey and quiet. It is set back from a major street, so while it's close to everything, it's a peaceful getaway at the end of the day. The sun-drenched living space is adorably appointed and is full of greenery–inside and out!
A shared back porch is perfect for cocktail hour or an outdoor breakfast. There is a seasonal garden that you're welcome to pluck from if you decide to cook!
I want you to make yourself at home, but please respect that this is where I live, so do not use any of my personal toiletries, clear out the fridge, or dig through the cabinets looking for extra snacks. You are welcome to coffee, tea, breakfast items, and the snacks I have put out in jars. Please don't eat food I haven't offered or drink my beer, wine, or liquor! :) I will provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If you aren't sure about what you can use, please text me. There is a store across the street that has anything you need and a great beer and wine selection.
