With two porches, one on the first floor and one on the second floor, you can find the relaxation, peace and tranquility you are seeking after a long day at the parks. The townhouse comfortably sleeps eight persons. Two in the master bedroom with a queen size bed and an insuite bathroom. The second room has a full size bed and the third room has two twin size beds. The living room is also furnished with afull pull-out sofa bed that sleeps two. There are two cable TV’s, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Guest can also enjoy free unlimited local calling. Located 10 miles away from Walt Disney World
1. All Guests must arrive directly to our office for key pick up and check in registration
2. All check-ins are at or after 4:00 pm. and Check out exactly at 11:00 am or extra fees will apply
3. Extended check out up to four (4) hours, additional cost $65.00 – tax included. Or full stay applies
4. All reservations must have at least 3 nights in order to be confirmed.(additional fees will apply)
5. Minimum stay fee: 5 nights on low and mid season and 7 nights on high season (to avoid additional fee)
6. Reservations with less than the stipulated nights will be subject to a minimum stay fee as expressed
on point 4. Payments: All units should be prepaid in full 15 days prior to the arrival on low or mid season and 30 days on high season by credit card.
Guest registration and Security deposit: Upon check-in, the guest must provide valid credit card that will be used as a security deposit for the amount of US $ 300 against any negligence, damage or losses in the property during their stay. The guest will sign an contract that if damages to the house or villa occurred during occupancy, ALAMO VACATION HOMES of C.F. will charge the credit card and a written report of the damages will be sent to your office within (20) twenty days of the guest’s departure.
For all 4, 5, 6 or more bedrooms properties: As part of the guest registration procedure, we require all guests to buy an insurance that covers accidental damages caused by them during the stay. The “Damage Protection Plan” cost $55.00 and it is not refundable. The guest will sign an agreement acknowledging that if ACCIDENTAL damages to the property occur during their occupancy, it will be covered up to $1,500. ** NO COVERAGE FOR NON ACCIDENTAL OR INTENTIONAL DAMAGES**. If damages exceed the maximum insurance coverage, the responsible renter will be liable for all additional payments.
Housekeeping: All homes will be professionally clean after each departure. All reservations less than the stipulated stay will be subject to a cleaning fee as a departure cleaning. For additional cleaning within your stay an extra fee will apply. All properties are self catering during their stay.

Pool Heat: The pool heat is an additional service, the cost of $35 plus 7% tax per day for a minimum of 4 days or $ 150 plus 7% tax per week in order to be activated. This service should be requested when sending the reservation otherwise it cannot be confirmed and it only applies for properties with a private pool. Payment should be received in advance. Not all pools have this device available. Available from November through April of each year.
Pet Policy: Sorry, no pets are allowed in any of our properties. A $ 500 pet fine will apply.
