The backyard is great for meditating, sunbathing, relaxing or BBQ! There is a beautiful covered patio area with travertine flooring and modern outdoor seating. There is a BBQ ready for your outdoor cooking needs. Fruit trees and a vegetable garden during season, fire pit and Large cypress trees provide wonderful shade and noise-barrier. Bird singing throughout the yard make for a peaceful and relaxing way to end the day exploring what Orange County has to offer.
The recently remodeled home is in a well-established, residential, family neighborhood. Adjacent to grocery stores, shopping, gas stations, pharmacies, movie theaters, Cal State Fullerton University and Richard Nixon's birthplace/library and parks; anything you need is conveniently located. Very close to the nightlife of Downtown Fullerton (and Downtown Brea) which offers an endless variety of restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, local craft breweries, nightclubs, live music, jazz clubs, karaoke clubs, comedy clubs, shopping malls, pubs, billiards and wine bars. There is SO much to do!

The washer and dryer are located in the garage. There is ample parking in the garage, driveway, and on the adjacent street.
There's a storage king-sized Pottery Barn bed in the master bedroom downstairs, with an attached en-suite small bathroom, and a closet. There are four bedrooms upstairs with closets. One of them is an office/bedroom as needed.

Please, let me know during the process of booking, if you're planning to heat the pool ($70 daily if used). It's not included in the daily rental, the heating of the big size pool or the gas fire pit $20/day if used in the pricing. Special offer to you of both for $80daily. Normally, I can see the gas meter through the SoCal meter website and charge you however, I always like to clarify the usage with our valuable guests.

A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. No exceptions to this policy!

My husband is a practicing physician and I am a retired Registered Nurse. We relocated to a growing area of Northwest Arkansas (Wal-Mart and JB Hunt headquarters) a few years ago to be closer to both of our families and live a slower paced life with our children. We have four children: 24,16,5 and 1 years old, and used to live in this house while working in California. We kept it as something we could always come back to. Since turning the house into a vacation rental, we use it as a vacation destination for our family and guests several times a year.
