Pets are allowed, but please clean after them. Pets not allowed on any of the sofas, furniture or beds.
CONSUMABLES: At each unit turnover, we refill handsoap bottles and provide (1) roll of toilet paper per bedroom. We do not service/restock the units every day. Please be aware of this upon arrival so you can be prepared and obtain the consumables for your (a) number of guests and (b) The length of your stay. (Consumables = toilet paper, shampoo, laundry detergent, sponges, cooking oil, etc)
TRASH - Trash dumpster located in rear yard of unit, close to alley.
MUSIC: The neighborhood is a relatively quiet one and noise complaints are easy to get, so we don't allow any loud music outside, live or otherwise. If we get a noise complaint from the neighbors, we have the right to deduct from your deposit up to $1,000 as specified in the Contract.
PARKING: There is space for 1-2 vehicles on the Gated Yard on the REAR of the house. Please DO NOT park on the spot to the Right of the house. This is for House # 336. In addition street parking may be available nearby. Follow all street parking signs where applicable. PARKING ENTRY DOORS ARE ACCESSIBLE THRU THE ALLEY
AC + HEATING: Unit is equipped with individual ac units. Heaters are located throughout the house as well. Please turn off AC & Heater units when house is empty to conserve energy. Houses are well insulated and don't need too much time to cool or warm up. Thank you.

Before departing, please:
(a) Clean/Rinse all dishes
(b) Empty all trash from unit - place in bin in rear yard. All trash to be placed in plastic bags, including rear bin. Do not place trash in bin without a bag.
(c) Turn off all heaters, air conditioners, Lights and TV's.
(d) LOCK HOUSE, Leave key in lockbox and close it.
(e) PLEASE NOTIFY HOST VIA TEXT MESSAGE THAT YOU HAVE VACATED THE UNIT
