HI Carolyn, we are happy that you and your husband choose our Airbnb. All of our rooms are featured in our Airbnb page as well as all of the items we do provide. My mother gracefully changed you to a different room as you requested at the last minute, even though, we did not have to do it. Again, the rooms pictures are featured in each one of the pages. Then, you departed two days earlier and we did reimburse you completely. When, I approached to you to greet you and explained to you that you had chosen a different, you immediately asked for a TV, which I told you that it is not listed in the things that we offered. When I said to you, I hope you enjoy your stay, you answered: "I will not". I do not like to talk about pettiness but sometimes we need to speak up. It seems to me that unfortunately, you have a hard time understanding technology and how the Airbnb website works.
This is a business that works both ways, we work hard to keep our rooms comfortable, clean and at competitive prices even when we provide breakfasts to our guests. You seemed to enjoy it and your husband enjoyed the omelette that my mother prepared, but we did not hear anything about it in your review. Each room has a private bathroom, clean and cozy with fresh towels as they are depicted in the pictures.
We are grateful that you chose us but we do the best we can, we go the extra mile and my mom loves to prepare food for guests, but we are also aware that in life we cannot please everybody, and you are one of those clients, extremely hard to please, at times not polite, and with tendencies to make up stories.
