This is a NO smoking property. Please notify us of your arrival time so we can turn off Alarm Remotely - Pets are allowed, but please clean after them. Do not move furniture. Before departing, please (a) Clean all dishes (b) Empty all trash from unit (c) Turn off all heaters, air conditioners, Lights and TV's. PLEASE NOTIFY HOST VIA MESSAGE THAT YOU HAVE VACATED THE UNIT. CHECK OUT IS AT 10 AM. FIRM, NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS IS DUE TO TIGHT CLEANING SCHEDULES TO GET ALL LINENS WASHED AND UNIT READY FOR UPCOMING GUESTS. TRASH - Trash bin located in rear of house towards alley. Landscapers or handyman might be present during business hours to service outdoor common areas.
CONSUMABLES: At each unit turnover, we refill handsoap bottles and provide (1) roll of toilet paper per bedroom. We do not service/restock the units every day. Please be aware of this upon arrival so you can be prepared and obtain the consumables for your (a) number of guests and (b) The length of your stay. (Consumables = toilet paper, shampoo, laundry detergent, sponges, cooking oil, etc) TRASH - Trash dumpster located in rear yard of unit, close to alley.
MUSIC: The neighborhood is a relatively quiet one and noise complaints are easy to get, so we don't allow any loud music outside, live or otherwise. If we get a noise complaint from the neighbors, we have the right to deduct from your deposit up to $1,000 as specified in the Contract. and/or request it thru airbnb
PARKING: There is space for 1-2 vehicles on the LEFT hand side of the house. There is a gate that opens to allow space for a 3rd vehicle parked in tandem. To open gate, enter code on padlock. In addition street parking may be available nearby. Follow all street parking signs where applicable..
AC + HEATING: Unit is equipped with individual ac units (one per bedroom and in living rooms). Heaters are located throughout the house as well. Please turn off AC & Heater units when house is empty to conserve energy. Houses are well insulated and don't need too much time to cool or warm up. Thank you.
