NO SMOKING -- this building, per the onsite management and the individual lease agreements, is a 100% SMOKE-FREE ZONE; including both private and communal roof-top areas, the unit itself and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeit
NOISE: We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are 10PM-8AM.
NO LARGE GATHERINGS/PARTIES
VISITORS: We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. We do ask that the number of visitors be limited to 5 individuals during your stay.

NO FILMING OR PHOTO SHOOTS -- If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or advertising shoots please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc. You may be subject to the forfeit of your security deposit and/or removal from the property is you are found in violation of this.
DAMAGE: We understand things happen but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their stay.
ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: The use or involvement of illegal substances is highly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement participation.
PLEASE NOTE: The guests undertakes to hold the Host, Owners and all agents harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.
GUESTS: For security purpose for all of us, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on Airbnb ( including a picture. )
We have a strict check out time, so please be considerate for the people after you, we also need time to clean so all guests must follow our check in & check out time :
Check in time is 5 P.M.
Check out time is 11 A.M.
We give a grace period of 30 mins check out, so please be considerate for the next guest after you. If you check out late, you will be charged from your deposit.
If your reservations shows signs of fraud, abuse or illegal suspicious activity, causing excessive noises, nuisance. We may cancel any travel or service reservations associated with your name, email address or account, without any warnings and escort you & your guests out of the units and property immediately. The reservations may not be use for any photo shoots, filming or commercial purposes without our consent, If found, you will be liable for any damages and violations of our intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to take any necessary legal action and you will be liable for monetary losses to us, including litigation costs and damages. The nights not spent will not be refunded per our strict cancellation policy.
