Our apartment sits in a historical area of Florence city centre, inside a building from the XIX century.
It's close to the famous Officina Profumo di Santa Maria Novella, to the Novecento Museum and the main train Station of Florence (Santa Maria Novella). You'll find restaurants, bars and supermarkets in the neighbourhood.
The Cathedral, the Old Bridge and Pitti Palace are a few minutes away.
Perfect for solo travellers, couples, work trips or small families with children.
The apartment is made of a small entrance with living room and kitchenette, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
In the bedroom you'll find a double bed and a pouffe easily convertible to a single bed. There's also a wardrobe with a large mirror.
In the kitchenette you'll be able to prepare a meal: there is a gas stove, a sink, a small fridge and a multifunction oven.
In front of the kitchenette there's a sofa-bed suitable for one or two children (it's not suitable for adults), t.v. and a table where you can eat or work on your laptop.
In the entrance area there's a cabinet for cookware storage.
A travel cot is available upon request, with its mattress and beddings ( for children up to 4 years old).
The apartment is on the second floor of a community building from the 19th century (so, no elevator).
It's perfect to host 3-4 people, despite there are more beds (we like to give you a choice).
The entire apartment is at your own disposal.
Please, be aware that there are no common areas in the building to leave luggages, strollers or bicycles.
My mom, my sister and I will be in Florence everyday, to check you in and show you the apartment.
I'll be available via phone/(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) for any need.
Some guests found the street a little noisy, because a restaurant and a bar are just downstairs.
The bedroom is not on that side, but keep it in mind if you are light sleepers.
We really like to work according to the Italian law: on your arrival we'll need to record your documents (passport for non EU residents - ID card, driving license or passport for EU residents) and a signature on the rent contract.
The local tax has to be paid, as requested by Florence Municipality: it will cost 2.50€ per night per person over 12 y.o., for a maximum of 7 nights.

Hello! My name is Camilla, I live in Florence, Italy, with my husband Tommaso and our daughters Olivia and Anita. We have both studied music, but we do another job. :)
I love cooking, reading, crafting and, of course, travelling. I'm always planning trips to... the rest of the world!
