Spacious and comfortable family house, right across the street from Meia-Praia Beach (2nd housing line). Amazing views across the whole Meia-Praia bay! Spacious terrace, living room and bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. 2 complete bathrooms with bathtub and a wc that serves the living area. Common swimming pool. Quiet neighborhood, yet still very close to the city center. Come and enjoy a quality holiday in the most picturesque city of Algarve!

Please to not try to access closed areas like maintenance closets or open doors to other spaces that are locked.

We welcome families with children and we can provide a baby cot.
Note however that the house has 2 flights of stairs and 3 balconies, and is not safety proofed for very young children. Small children/toddlers should be supervised at all times and we are not liable for any accidents that may occur.

O preço indicado é para uma ocupação de 6 pessoas. Cada pessoa extra tem um custo de 10€/pessoa/noite, até um máximo de 2 pessoas extra em sofá-cama (maxima ocupação de 8 pessoas no total). Não é permitida a estadia a pessoas que não tenham sido indicadas como hóspedes desde o início do processo de reserva.
The price mentioned is for 6 guests. Extra guests have na extra cost of 10€/guest/night, up to a maximum of 2 extra guests in a sofá-bed (maximum 8 guests total house occupation). People who were not mentioned from the reservation moment as guests are not allowed in the house.

We can do late check-in's (after 8pm) upon request, but always pending for confirmation, however there's a late check-in fee of 30€.
É possível fazer receber hóspedes "fora de horas" (após as 20h) a pedido, mas sempre sujeito a confirmação, havendo no entanto um custo extra de 30€.

Normas da Casa/House Rules:
- Por favor mantenha um baixo nível de ruído entre as 22h e as 8h. Tenha cuidado para as portas não baterem devido às correntes de ar. Os vizinhos agradecem. Please maintain a low noise volume between 10pm and 8am. Keep the doors from banging due to drafts. The neighbours will be grateful.
- Mantenha as peças de mobilário no local onde as encontrou. As nossas costas agradecem. Please maintain the furniture in the place where you found it. Our backs will be grateful.
- Por favor desligue as luzes quando sair e feche as torneiras quando não estiver a utilizar a água. O Ambiente agradeçe. Please turn off the lights when you’re out and close the taps when the water is not being used. The Environment will be grateful.
- Por favor remova a areia dos pés e do corpo ao sair da praia, antes de entrar em casa. Deite no caixote do lixo, e não na sanita, tudo o que não seja papel higiénico. A canalização agradeçe. Please remove the sand from your feet and body when leaving the beach. Use the litter bin, not the toilet, for disposal of anything other than toilet paper. The plumbing will be grateful.
- Por favor despeje o lixo e a reciclagem diáriamente. As formigas e as moscas não ficarão agradecidas mas os próximos visitantes ficarão, e muito. Please empty the garbage and recycling daily. The ants and the flies won’t be grateful but the next guests will be, very. (3)
- Por favor evite estragos e a acumulação de sujidade na casa. Tem à sua disposição tudo o que necessita para uma estadia confortável e higiénica. A sua saúde agradeçe. Please avoid damages and accumulation of dirt in the house. You have all the cleaning utensils you need available. Your health will be grateful. (1) (2)
- Por favor seja pontual em relação ao horário combinado para troca de roupas de casa. O Staff agradeçe. Please be punctual for the house linnen exchange. The Staff will be grateful.
- Por favor à saída deixe a loiça, o fogão e forno como gostaria de os encontrar à chegada. O staff e os próximos visitantes agradecem. Please leave the kitchen ware, stove and oven clean before your departure. The cleaning staff and the next guests will be grateful. (1)
- Por favor tenha em consideração que, salvo outra hora combinada, a hora normal de saída é às 10h. Todos agradecem. Please be aware that, except any other agreement, departure time is 11 am. Everyone will be grateful.
O não cumprimento destes princípios básicos de utilização do imóvel e de cumprimento do Código Civil (nomeadamente no que respeita o ruído) implica o termino imediato do acordo de estadia, sendo que os hóspedes terão de abandonar o espaço sem direito a compensação. Failure to comply with these basic principles and the Civil Law Code (namely what concerns the noise policy) implies immediate termination of the lodging agreement and guests will have to vacate the premises without right to compensation.
(1)– Caso a casa apresente níveis de sujidade anormais e necessite de limpezas extraordinárias após a saída, será cobrada uma taxa de limpeza extraordinária no valor de 50€. Estragos e entupimentos serão deduzidos à caução. In case of infringement there’s an extra 50€ cleaning fee that will be charged. Damages and plumbing clogging will be deducted from the deposit.
(2)– Pode sempre requisitar limpezas extra durante a sua estadia, que têm um custo de 50€ por limpeza, caso queira evitar esse tipo de tarefas durante as férias. You can request cleaning service for 50€ each, if you don’t want to bother with cleaning tasks.
(3)Descendo a rua, quase em frente ao Hotel D. Pedro poderá encontrar os caixotes do lixo e reciclagem; Down the road, across from D. Pedro Hotel, there’s garbage and recycling deposits.

Other check-in details for non-portuguese guests:

We regret the inconvenience, but according to law 23/2007, of 4 de July, all non-portuguese guests (including E.U. citizens) have to provide Identification Document or Passport information. This information has to be sent to Portuguese Border Services upon arrival. Check-in is dependent on the confirmation of these documents upon arrival and the information needed for all guests is:

- Full name
- Nationality
- City or place of birth
- Country of residence
- Type of Identification Document
- Number of Identification Document
- Place of issue of the Identification Document

To make it simpler we ask for a digitalization of documents sent by e-mail and for the rest of the info we have a form you can fill upon arrival.

Wonderful house, ideal for 4 people +, almost directly at the beach - amazing view from the balcony. We would come back to this place any time!

Très agréable maison pour passer les vacances en famille. Les chambres sont spacieuses. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée (four, plaques, grill, lave-linge mais pas de lave-vaisselle). La vue depuis la terrasse du salon est magnifique (BBQ à charbon disponible) et permet de voir l'ensemble de la Meia Praia à l'Est et les falaises du Ponta Da Piedade à l'Ouest. Le logement est à environ 15 minutes du centre de Lagos à pieds et moins de 5 minutes en voiture (places de parking facile à trouver aux abords du centre). La piscine commune à la résidence est agréable et propre. Il y a même un petit bar attenant. L'absence de climatisation n'est pas préjudiciable, la température à l'intérieur du logement reste très supportable. L'hôte répond rapidement par mail. Notre seul regret est qu'un certain nombre de petits équipements ne fonctionnait pas bien. Globalement le rapport qualité/prix est excellent !

Je recommande la maison de Suzanna pour son emplacement face à la plage avec une vue exceptionnelle sur les rochers et la mer. Mon seul regret je n'ai pas pu m'exprimer correctement ne sachant ni le Portguais ni l'anglais . Je pense revenir refaire un séjour avec ma famille l'année prochaine.

Logement sur 3 étages, espaces bien séparés, très grand. A 2 km de Lagos, en face d'une immense plage, quartier tranquille un peu à l'écart de la ville. C'est possible de se rendre au centre ville à pied mais, par forte chaleur, la voiture est préférable. Il y a sans doute des bus. Lagos est très agréable, nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour.
