Loft Chapultepec 008 is one of only 10 Lofts in a contemporary style, expose-brick building with steel-plate shutters, situated in the Colonia Americana, one block away from Chapultepec Avenue, where a "Zona Rosa" (touristy area with bars, restaurants & shops) is located.
The area is one of the trendiest in Guadalajara, very bohemian and LGBT friendly and one sought out by artists, musicians and arquitects that look to live among old buildings and houses with historical importance.
You can find Art Galleries & Museums very close by, restaurants with very good, affordable food, the best coffee shops and bars.
You will fall in love with my home. Not only because it's beautiful, but also because I have worked at making it very comfortable. It is perfect for singles or couples traveling for leisure or business trips.
The bed is a king size, top of the line. The kitchen is Valcucine design, the best you can find on the market.
The high ceilings together with the 4th floor view and lots of light, make Loft Chapultepec 008 a very cozy place, which you will not want to leave.
There is hummingbird feeder hanging right outside the windows so you will often see them get close, and even come inside to check you out, if the windows are open.
There is a nice open area outside with benches where you can sit and have your coffee or drink while you work on your laptop relaxing and enjoying the mostly wonderful weather.
The building has an elevator and stairs so you can access the Loft.
My sister Teresa or I will be available for you if you have any doubts or problems.

I live by myself in a small beautiful loft in Guadalajara. I have two sons; one of them a songwriter and musician and the other a movie director and an artist as well. I love music, good cinema and all kinds of art. I enjoy traveling, visiting museums and galleries... and of course, meeting people.
I do sculpture for a living and it's my passion as well!
I love animals but I am allergic to most of them. I am ecological and very organized.
