All areas within the apartment are accessible by Guests. Guests are requested to not access chute area or open the doors leading to maintenance areas behind the bathrooms.
This apartment is managed by a housing society board. Smoking, drinking or disorderly behavior or any such activity in common public areas of the building like lobby, elevators, building compound which may be considered as a nuisance will result in immediate termination of this contract. Guest are expected to follow community living guidelines which are mentioned on airbnb.com.
Guests checking in to recuperate after treatment/ surgery need to inform management regarding the same. Patients and their relatives will need prior consent from management. We are within our rights to refuse checkin to patients or guests under treatment for disease or for recuperation.
1. Guests must submit copy of documents 1.Address proof 2.Photo Id (Passport/ Visa, Aadhaar Card, Voters, Driving License etc) in additional to PAN card. Guests will have to sign the Guest details form along with Society NOC and verification. The Management reserves the right to share the document with the local law enforcement authorities. The management reserves absolute right to amend or alter its scale of fees/ charges and any of the term and conditions without notice.
2. The use of services/ facilities at the premises is strictly on temporary basis. The Guest is in no way entitled to any tenancy rights/ leave licence rights or any such rights with regarding to the premises.
3. The service charges paid by a Guest for service charges, use of space, is not transferable to any other Individual/ Company/ AOP under any circumstances. Confirmed bookings are against full advance payment. We do not provide credit facility. Please make full payment in advance as per no. of intended days of stay.
4. Visitor Policy: Visitors for Guests are allowed to visit during normal day time hours. Guests are advised to restrict their visitors after 12 midnight. Under no circumstances can a visitor stay overnight at the Premises. The use of room is for no. of Guests as mentioned in the Guest details form/ submitted photo ids.
5. There will be no additional lock or safety feature used on the room entrance door without the written consent of the Owners/ Management. Door key/ Wardrobe/ Drawer key handed over to Guests will not be duplicated under any circumstances. Lost key charges are 1000/- per key.
6.There will be no changes carried out by the Guests to the premises (including nails in walls), without the Owner/ Management written consent. Guests are requested not to alter settings of refrigerator, water filter, microwave, washing machine, gas burners etc. without consent of management. Guests are requested refrain from moving furniture around in the apartment. Chairs and tables which are meant to be indoors should not be moved to balcony as this may damage the furniture. Guests will be fined/ billed for any such damage to the furniture.
7. The Guests shall not carry on any business or activity which could be considered as illegal, immoral, obscene or defamatory. The use of banned substances/ drugs in the premises/ room is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the law enforcement authorities. Married couples must have completed the age of 21 years for both. Both must submit Photo Id with address proof. The discretion and decision of management in such cases is final. The Guests agrees not to advertise the premises address without first obtaining the Management/ Owner’s written consent. This address cannot be used by the Guest for application for a Govt. Issued Licence, Govt. Issued permission, Govt. Tax registration like GST/ Sales/ Income/ Excise/ Profession Tax/ PAN No./ Adhaar No. / passport/ driving license without the written permission of management/ owner.
8.The Guests will fully indemnify the Owners/Management against any expenses, cost, damages or penalties incurred by the Owners, however occasioned, including through defamation of third parties. Parking of any Vehicle of Guest in the parking provided by the Management/ Owner of apartment is entirely at risk/ cost/ and consequences of the Guest. The company/ owner do not take any responsibility for any damage, theft, or unforeseen incidents which may occur to the Vehicle at the parking provided at the building.
9. While every effort will be made to ensure a high standard of comfort for the guests, the liability of the Owners/ Budget Business Centre for any omission, delay, neglect or inaccuracy or otherwise occasioned, shall be limited to Rs. 500/- without affecting in any manner the liability of the Guests to pay for the services availed of.
10. Smoking is permitted inside rooms only. Guests are requested to refrain from smoking in the common areas building apartment lobby and compound.
11 . The Owner/ Management is not responsible for loss of any cash, jewelry, important documents/ papers etc. or any other valuable kept at the premises/ flat. The Guests may keep such goods or any valuable at his/her own risk and the Owners do not in any circumstances undertake to compensate the Guests in case of loss arising out of theft or any other unforeseen circumstances.
12. The Owners/ Management may at its entire discretion accept or reject a Guest or restrict the Entry of any person/ persons at any time without furnishing a specific reason. The Owners reserves the right not to allow a particular guests in the apartment.
14. All dispute are subject to Bombay Jurisdiction. The Guests agrees to pay cost of collection of dues, legal expenses, with interest at 24 % p.a., in the event legal action being initiated.
