Tresweden annex is a 2 bedroomed house attached to the main house. Total area over 2 floors is approx 1200sqft.
The house would suite a family with three children or two couples sharing.
Tresweden annex has a large open plan lounge, kitchen dining area.
The dining table can site up to 8 people. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, over, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. It is well equipped with all utensils.
There is a 4 panel bi-fold door which opens onto a decking area which has a table and chairs.
The lounge area has two leather sofas and a 43 inch smart TV.
There is a downstairs toilet.
Upstairs there is a very large master bedroom with a super king size bed, high vaulted ceiling and two sets of doors onto a large double width balcony. The bedroom has wardrobes, bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers. The en-suite has a double shower, toilet and basin.
The second bedroom has 3 single beds, wardrobes, beds cabinets and a double en-suite shower room.
The property is wi-fi enabled, with an allowance of 1Gb per day.
We do accommodate dogs at an additional cost of £25 per dog.
The annex has a large private garden to the side and rear over looking open fields
On arrival and by request throughout the stay.
You would need a car or some form of transport to stay here.
Check out time is before 10am
Please ensure that all items of food from the fridge, freezer etc are taken with you as you go and ensure that all your washing up is done. The rubbish bins are on the right of the gate as you exit the property.
We would be grateful if you could report any breakages so that they can be replaced for the next guests.
A polite reminder that the towels are not to be taken to the beach or used in the garden.
Remember to hand you key and fob back as you leave.
Please do not move any furniture whilst at Tresweden. A bizarre request I know, but it has happened!
Finally please treat the property with respect and be concientious to other guests staying in the main house and the apartment.
