My flat is very parisian. It's located in the top floor of a 19th century building. It is not far from Gare du Nord (7 minutes walk). There are many trendy cafes and friendly restaurants nearby. The bedroom is large, about 15m2. Be aware that it has many of my books and personal objects in it - I hope you will like the bohemian artist style! I live part time in the flat and part time at my boyfriend's, which means we'll share the kitchen and bathroom.
This has been my flat for many many years. I love it and I hope I can share my love of Paris ith you. It's on the top floor of an old traditional building, which is very well kept. I am quite artistic, so there is a piano, a violin, lots of books, and two sewing machines! I think the flat is well kept, but it's not new.
You will have access to the bedroom, kitchen, very small bathroom and tiny toilet - well, this is Paris, space is very expensive!!!
There are many things to do in the neighbourhood, although it's not one of the very touristy parts (but within 4 metro stops you are at the Opera, so everything is very near).
Just to avoid misunderstanding: there is NO air conditioning even though it can get very hot about two weeks in a year! Also, I will NOT put the heating unless the temperature goes below 20°C.
