Sand Dunes, Brian Head Ski Resort. Airport, city parks and water splash pad. Opera House, Tuachan Theater. Huntsman World Senior Games, Walmart, Movie Theater. You can see stars at night. Great weather. Safe neighborhood, clean, and very comfy beds. Great for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
Our home has space for you to relax and enjoy a dinner and movie, or BBQ on the back porch and watch the sun set. We have Direct TV, WIFI, a WII gaming system, play room for the kids. Pool table, air hockey, and ping pong table. We have washer and dryer. and Full kitchen.
You will have access to the full walk out basement, about 3,000 square feet. It has 10 foot ceilings, so it is big and open. The 3 Bedrooms are all 17 feet by 21 feet. You have room to move around and enjoy our home.

Our weather is always great. Almost always sunny. Hot in the Summer so bring sun block, and wonderful in the winter. But bring a jacket. We get very little rain. Dry so chap stick and lotion are used here.
