My place is close to Downtown Palm Springs , public transport, the airport, parks. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

This newly furnished Palm Springs home features high ceilings, walls of glass, two covered parking spaces and your own private patio that is just steps away from one of four pools that make up this distinctive Palm Springs community.

You will be inspired by the contemporary comforts of this Palm Springs home and how the property is surrounded with such breathtaking mountain views.

This condo is located within easy walking distance to downtown Palm Springs shopping and dining, movie theaters and the Spa Resort casino.

The living room has a warm and comfortable sitting area that offers a fireplace, walls of glass that open to the outside, a modern staircase and a plasma TV/DVD player.

Within the large living area there is an adjoining dining room area, just off the kitchen, overlooking the private patio, which has a large, gas propane BBQ grill with multiple burners.

There is a well appointed kitchen with a large granite topped island.

The second floor is where you will find the two large and very private master suites. The master bedrooms offer a true feeling of luxury with king size beds, LCD TV's with DVD players, walk in closets and exciting upscale modern master bathrooms.

Please note: Upon departure, if it is found that there are items needing dry cleaning or anything that will constitute an excessive clean, the guest will be charged the said amount. In the event that there is an excessive clean we will open a resolution case and send supporting photos and documentation. All of our homes are non-smoking. If it is reported that there was smoking i.e. cigarettes or marijuana in the home, you will forfeit your full security deposit.

THIS RENTED PROPERTY is privately owned. You agree to indemnify McLean Company Rentals, staff, shareholders, and the owner of said property for all liability, damage, personal injury, or loss to the Property or its contents that occur during your stay resulting from any cause. We are not responsible for personal items lost, stolen or left behind.

The rate that you have been quoted is NOT including the mandatory City TOT Tax.

You certify that each responsible party/guest is 25 years of age or older (The City of Rancho Mirage requires signer must be over 30 years)

Occupants not to exceed two persons per bedroom

You agree to maintain the home in good order and appearance at all times and will not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience neighbors or prompt written or verbal complaints to McLean Company Rentals from police, neighbors, neighborhood associations or homeowner associations (HOA).

Amplified outdoor music of any kind is not allowed by City ordinance. It is understood and agreed that ANY loud or large party, violations due to over-occupancy, unnecessary outdoor noise, indoor noise that causes neighbors to complain, or for violations of minimum age requirements of homes can result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all funds

OPTIONAL POOL HEAT during the winter months may be added for an additional fee. This option can be added once the reservation has been confirmed through the AIRBNB adjustment tool. (This is for home rentals only)

ALL HOME RESERVATIONS for greater than twenty-eight (28) nights must pay actual utility fees instead of the daily pool heating charge. Guests shall pay actual gas and electric utility charges, which will be billed against client's utility deposit within 6 weeks of departure. We will send you a copy of your utility bill at the conclusion of your reservation.

All of our homes are non-smoking. If it is reported that there was smoking i.e. cigarettes or marijuana in the home, you will forfeit your full security deposit.

Verify this place has been deep cleaned and the AC cleaned before you book. Window coverings, carpets and bedding. We don't have allergies, we did in this place. VERY DUSTY. We bought our own bedding, the comforters were very dusty. Without the dust, it was quite nice. She was right on top of things when we booked, afterward, not so much. Great kitchen, comfortable furniture, good entertainment, OK deck, great location, very quiet. Only one pool is heated during the winter, they are small but few people seem to use them. The place is more residential but we were a bit off season.

Hi Anna, I apologize for the inconveniences that occurred during your stay. When you sent me an email with your concerns I did respond and we sent Phil our repair man to the property. He did change out the air filter. We have our pre arrival agents inspect and fluff the property prior to your arrival. If the property was not cleaned to our typical standards we would have sent housekeeping back to the property. We only clean the property prior to your arrival and once you depart. In the desert it gets dusty very quickly so you have to dust at least two to three times a week especially if you are sensitive to dust. Have a wonderful holiday.
