There is a third toilet and separate laundry. A huge window with cedar blinds looks out to the courtyard from the dining area.
The upper level includes three large bedrooms and separate mezzanine area complete with built in purpose office desk, large tv and lounge. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, large ensuite, and full-length cedar blinds over the doors to the balcony to take advantage of those Perth sea breezes.
A second bathroom complete with bath and separate toilet services the other two large bedrooms, which also have queen-size beds and substantial built in robes. The house has evaporative air-conditioning & full security. There is also a large park across the road for kids.
There is direct access from the house into a two car garage with electric remote garage door.
Fitted out with linen, towels and has full kitchen & dining facilities. All you have to do is show up and move in!
A cleaner can come once a week for $170 to vacuum, wash the floors, clean the bathrooms & kitchen and put fresh linen on the beds and leave fresh towels.
There is a washing machine and dryer for you to take care of your personal laundry.
You will have access to the entire townhouse. Nobody else will be living there.
We will meet you on site to check you in and ensure that you are familiar with your surroundings within the townhouse. We will make sure you know how the security system works, how to use the heating and cooling and even let you know what day to put the rubbish bin out.

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10am, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
Linen & towels are supplied. The property is fully furnished with all kitchen cooking utensils and crockery. There is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Pets are not allowed.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property. There is a security system in the property, which should be used at all times when the property is vacant.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
Bond of AUD$1,000 is payable at the same time as the balance amount. The bond can be held against your credit card (i.e. not actually put through as a transaction unless the above conditions are not met). It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared etc.
