You'll feel at home in this comfortable guest room which is less than 4kms from the CBD, 2kms from UQ, and 500m from Wesley Hospital.
There is a wardrobe and small tables in which to store your belongs, a queen sized bed, air con throughout the home, unlimited Internet usage and your own private bathroom.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. I look forward to meeting and sharing my home with you soon.
This is my primary home so I live here with my guests.
There are several ample and spacious shared living spaces: lounge/dining room, kitchen, and two balconies. There is also a locked, private garage which I only use for minimal storage, so you are welcome to use that to park your car during your stay.
The guest room is ideally suited for a single traveller or couple. It is private with a queen sized bed and all the necessary linen, plenty of pillows and bath towels. There are two large windows which let in plenty of natural light and black out curtains, so if you need to sleep late that won't be a problem. There is a good sized wardrobe and two smaller tables in which to store your belongings.
Feel free to make yourself at home! You have full use of the kitchen, laundry and living area.

Of course, if you prefer more privacy and personal space, I completely understand and respect that.
