Property backing greenbelt and lake. Private, quiet, clean, spacious cul de sac property. This property will make you feel like home from master suite to family room and huge modern kitchen, utensils, cookwares, etc. The entire 2-story is for your occupancy. First story is the street level where the living room, family room, kitchen, formal dining room, half bath, and breakfast room is. The second floor is where your 4 bedrooms, bonus room with 5th bed, 2 full baths, and laundry room is. A hardly-home relative stays in the private-entry basement but has no access anywhere to the Airbnb limits.

Interaction will occur during the initial meet even on late check-inns. We are available to try and help make your stay more convenient so just message us during your stay.
We change/wash linens upon request (but no more than once a week). Sorry but this house cannot allow any kind of pets or animals at this time, and absolutely no smoking allowed. Published nightly rate is for up to 5 people. $50 per additional person per night.
We answered "yes" to children, but please be aware that this house is not equipped with child door fence or gate, play pen, crib, also the kitchen and other parts of the house' drawers and cabinets don't have child safety cabinet/drawer lock installed.
If your local relatives bring household items such as special cookware or sleeping bags, please advise your party to MAKE SURE THEY PICK-UP ALL THEIR ITEMS AT CHECK-OUT AND NOT TO MISTAKENLY TAKE ANY OF AIRBNB HOUSE ITEMS. Missing items depending on value will be billed accordingly.
Please bag recycling items separately. We allow a maximum of two 32 gallon trash bins (1 for trash and 1 for recycling) for every 3-night stay, four-32 gallons for 4 to 6 night stay, and so on. A $5.00 fee per extra bag full trash will be charged. A sweeper/mop is provided in case you want to sweep. We don’t mind washing your last day dishes as you rush to your trip, but please leave them soaked with soap and water in the sink.
Please turn off lights and check any running water from faucets each time you leave the house and be sure to keep all windows closed during the months of November to March especially when leaving the house. We change linens upon request but no more than once a week. If anything is broken or not working in the house the way they should, please let us know immediately.
A security camera monitors outside only. The outdoor lights are motion-activated. We also randomly do a drive-by check of the property. Call 911 in case of an emergency and please notify us immediately of such. The house does not have a land line telephone so please be sure to have a working mobile phone during your stay.
The house had not had any break in history since we owned it in 2010, but for precaution, lock your cars when parked within the house premises as we do not guarantee its safety and also do lock all doors and windows before going to sleep at night and when leaving the house.
Please watch your small children at all times we do not guarantee a fully child safety hazard proof house.
NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDING USE OF ILLEGAL DRUGS IS ALLOWED WITHIN THE PROPERTY.
Illegal activities, unreasonable behavior or breach of this agreement is ground for eviction. If evicted, none of your deposit and fees for all reserved days will be refunded. Damages and losses caused by your illegal activities will also be billed through Airbnb.
Quiet times: 10pm-6am on weekdays and 11pm-7am on weekends.
You will be billed for overnight guests that are not included in your initial reservation.
Unless other agreements have been established, check out is at 12:00 noon.
NO SMOKING inside the house.
Anything missing or broken from the home is subject for invoicing through Airbnb.
Use of “On Demand” TV will be billed to your Airbnb account.
Please do not open any zip-tied cabinets.
Please do not drag your suitcases or anything sharp or move the furniture into the hardwood floors to avoid scratching the floors.
Any damages caused by guests will be assessed for possible claim through Airbnb.
